SHAMA: DCE tours communities

Mr Joseph Amoah, District Chief Executive of Shama has begun an exercise on community visitation in the district.

Some communities visited include Yabiw, Supomu-Dunkwa, Upper and Lower Inchaban, Dwomo, Shama Kumasi, Nyankrom, Aboadze, Beposo Nkran, Atta Na Atta, Assorku, Asemasa No.2, Anto, Aboso, Ohiamadwen and Kobina Ando Krom.

The visit is to have direct information from the chiefs and people in the district and also get their view on how to enhance the development of the Assembly's Medium Term Development Plan for the next five years (2018-2021).

Addressing the Chiefs and people at separate gatherings, the DCE lauded the Chiefs for their instrumental role towards nation building and further used the opportunity to outline key Government Policies and Programmes and called for their fervent support to ensure their implementation.

He asked for their relentless support and called on all sundries to rally behind him for the development of the district.

Accompanying the DCE were the District Coordinating Director (DCD), Police Commander, Hon. Assembly Members and other Departmental Heads.
