NJNMA donates to Muslim community

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for New Juaben North Municipality, Hon Comfort Asante has presented Rice (34) bags, oil (17) boxes and lele mackerel (12) boxes to the Muslim community in the Municipality on 21 st April, 2023 at Effiduase in relation to the celebration of Eid-Fitr.

In the presentation, the Chief Executive said the donation formed part of the Assembly’s obligation towards the Muslim community in the Municipality as they have come to a successful end of the Ramadan.

She wished them a happy Eid-Fitr and thanked them for using the period to intercede and ask for Allah’s Blessings upon Ghana.

The Chief Imam for New Juaben North Islamic community, Mr. Salisu Laminu, expressed his appreciation to the MCE and the Assembly that they would continue to pray for the Assembly and are willing to support the Assembly as and when it is needed.

Present were the Municipal coordinating Director Mr. Ndinga Nborinyi, municipal Agric Director Mr. Emmanuel Amenu and Mr. Oti Aketen, representing the Member of Parliament Hon Nana Agyei Boateng.
