DCE embarks on familiarization tour

Mr. Benjamin Kingsley Koduah, the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Sekyere Central, together with the District coordinating Director and Internal Auditor has visited Kruwi, Abonkosu, Tadieso, Jetiase and Bonkrong to familiarize and interact with members of the communities.

Some issues discussed include revenue generation, Community initiated projects, benefits of E-Levy, One district One factory (IDIF), IDIW and CUF in the district and many other important issues.

The visit was to also create a platform for the DCE and other Heads of Department who accompanied him to interact with the people to explain activities and initiatives being implemented by the Assembly to improve the socio-economic conditions of the people.

Mr. Koduah called for effective collaboration between all stakeholders in order to bring development to the communities.

Speaking to the media, residents of these communities described the visit as very important because according to them, it offered them the opportunity to seek redress and in-depth understanding on issues they previously did not understand and also assured that they will also render their support to make his administration a success.
