Abaasua community benefits from ultra-modern infrastructural projects

Apostle Wayne T and his wife, Dr. Beverly Y. Jackson, a Detroit-Michigan based philanthropist couple, as efforts to help improve the livelihood and contribute to the development of the people has handed over a newly constructed classroom block with toilet facilities for the Abaasua D/A JHS, an ultra-modern palace as well as a Mechanized borehole system for the Abaasua community.

Apostle Wayne T. Jackson, American televangelist of the gospel during his address to the gathering indicating that he got to know of the Abaasua prayer mountains through a partner in the Ministry who spoke highly of the area and the need to invest into the development of its people.

He said unlike other foreigners who come to invest in profiteering businesses in the country, he has come to invest in the development of the people as part of his godly ministry.

He stated that the project is the beginning of many more to come, which would include investments into other sectors of the district's economy.


The philanthropist pledged the commitments of his team towards the continuous investment into the lives of the people, which would extend to other parts of the district.

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Sekyere Central expressed profound gratitude to the couple for their investments as partners of development in the district.


He applauded the project supervisors for their selflessness, diligence, transparency, and commitment in ensuring the successful completion of the projects and also called on other partners to see this as an exemplary act to depict in contributing their quota in support of the government towards the delivery of development to the people of the district.

Nananom of the Nsuta Traditional Council, on their part, expressed their gratitude to the couple and pledged their commitments towards ensuring the lasting impact of the project for the present and future generations.
