Lawra municipal health directorate receives PPES

The Lawra Area Rural Bank Limited and Savana Educational Trust in two separate short ceremonies through the Municipal Chief Executive of Lawra Hon Martin Bomba-ire presented some PPEs to the Lawra Municipal Hospital as part of their Social Responsibility.

The General Manager of the Area Rural Bank Mr Frederick Atta Diegol who donated the items through the Municipal Assembly on behalf of the Bank spoke to the Media and he said "Hon, this is a small token from the Bank to support the Municipal Hospital in this difficult times to protect the nurses and staff of the Hospital to enable them fight the disease".

The Municipal Director of Health Lawra, Dr Bernard Ziem who also received the items on behalf of the Hospital showed gratitude to the Rural Bank and Savanna Educational Trust for the kind gesture and support.

In all, they received 200 mini-bottles of Sanitizers, 69 rolls of tissue paper, 70 gallons of liquid soap and about 300 pieces of nose mask.

Pastor Charles Terle Karbo presented the items on behalf of the Savannah Educational Trust for onward donation to the Municipal Hospital.
