Dr. Sarpong reaffirmed GNPC’s commitment to ensuring that communities and people across the Country benefit from Ghana’s oil exploration activities.
Reminding the Artisans on the importance of being certified by recognized institutions and bodies, he said many Artisans have lost out on job opportunities due to their inability to prove their competence or proficiency in their fields and entreated them to prepare to sit for the National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) Examination in August in order to compete favorably for job opportunities with those who have them.
Member of Parliament for Bekwai Mr. Joseph Osei Owusu, praised GNPC’s efforts across the country and recounted several projects funded in his constituency by the Corporation. He asked the youth to apply themselves to the opportunities made possible by the Foundation to realize their potential of becoming the nation’s productive force.
