MCE Commissioned Water Project for Obo Community

The Municipal Chief Executive of Kwahu South Municipal Assembly Mr. Emmanuel Atta Ofori Snr. has commissioned a water project Pipe borne Water Supply for Begoro Asamanya aimed at improving water supply within the Obo Community in the Kwahu South Municipality.

Speaking at the commissioning of the project, the MCE noted the project will help ease the difficulties the communities go through in acquiring portable water.

The Municipal Chief Executive also tasked the residents to handle the water project with care.

The Assembly Member for the area Hon. Gyebi Ababio Michael, was grateful to the Assembly and MCE for the project and stated that the only way the project would last was by maintaining it in shape and avoiding any mishandling of the project.

Obo Nifa Hene in the person of Nana Acheampong Mintah III represented the Obo Hene. He thanked the Assembly and MCE for the water project and entreated the citizenry to handle the project well to enable the Assembly to build more for the community.

The project was constructed by Wenjay Construction Company.
