Information available to Ghanadistricts.com has it that Mr. Foster Joseph Andoh Is preparing to hand over the administration of the Twifo-Ati Mokwa District to the confirmed DCE, Mr. Bossman Osei Hyiaman, to manage the affairs of the district.

Mr. Foster would also move to the newly created Twifo Heman Lower Denkyira District Assembly as a substantive DCE to champion the Better Ghana agenda over there.

It is believed that he would utilize all the skills within his domain while as DCE in the old assembly, to accelerate development in the area within the shortest possible time.

Confirming this in an interview with Ghanadistricts.com, Mr. Foster said the handing over ceremony would be done immediately after the new DCE, Mr. Bossman Osei Hyiaman was sworn-in later this week.

When asked his expectation for the new district, Mr. Foster said the mission and vision of the new district would not be anything different from the mother district saying that everything would remain the same.

Although he believed revenue mobilization would be their only challenge, he said with hard work and persistence, they would be able to improve on it for accelerated development.
