KWAHU N: 112 towns to be hooked to national grid
The government continues to make strides in its quest to hook all communities to the electricity national grid.

The government continues to make strides in its quest to hook all communities to the electricity national grid.
Energy is considered one of the esential amenities among other important ones to promote economic activities especially small scale industries and government has shown determination in achieving nation wide electricity coverage through the rural electrification project.
In this regard, Chief Executive of the Kwahu North District, Ibrahim Issaka disclosed to Ghanadistricts.com that government is in the process of connecting 112 communities in the district to the national grid.
According to him various steps in actualizing the project have been completed including mapping giving hope thatthe project will start soon.
some of the communities being targeted are Pillarkope, Sakabo, Afinyeso, Asuogyaso, Adidikpo, Hwanyaso, Debuso, Somusie and Bonaso.
