Eight (8) towns in the Bosome Freho District in the Ashanti Region have been made lively especially during evening hours as they have connected to the National power grid for them to also enjoy electricity from that part of the country.

Some of the towns include Nsutamu, Friboye, Adeiso, Enumsu, among others.

The District Chief Executive, Kwame Adarkwah who made this information available to Ghanadistrict.com in an interview indicated that about 105 streetlights have been installed within the towns to ignite economic activities during the evenings.

“It’s only left with meters to be fixed in the various homes,” he added.

The project which is nearly completed according to the DCE was commissioned by President Mills (now deceased) when he toured the area some time ago.
