Four persons who were nominated by President Mills as District Chief Executives (DCEs), in the Western Region have been endorsed and sworn into office by the Regional Minister, Paul Evans Aidoo.

Kwabena Tweneboa Kodua, a National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) Claims Manager for Bia District, was endorsed by all fifty-six (56) members of the Assembly.

At Bibiani, all the fifty-two (52) members of the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai District Assembly endorsed Joseph Adanfi Bondah, as the New DCE.

The Jomoro District Assembly also endorsed Sylvester Dadieh, the District NADMO Co-ordinator as the new DCE.

At Shama, Enoch Kodjo Appiah, a teacher was confirmed by the Assembly Members.

The Regional Minister asked them to be good ambassadors of the President.
