Mr Larbi said this when inaugurating a 20-member inter-party dialogue committee for the Offinso Municipality, adding that they should be tolerant and use dialogue to solve their differences.
He urged the committee to focus on mediation and resolution of petty conflicts, monitor the enforcement codes of conduct for the political parties, identify issues that could trigger conflicts and deal with them expeditiously.
He said it should provide the platform for the various political parties and all stakeholders to engage with each other to make the coming December polls peaceful, transparent and credible.
Mr Larbi appealed to the members to work hard, dedication and level-headedness.
Mr Edmund Adumatta, the Municipal Director of the Commission, said he had no doubt that Committee would prove equal to the task.
The committee is made up of representatives from the political parties, the NCCE, traditional and religious leaders, the electoral commission and the security agencies.
