Adansi North Assembly collaborates with Dompoase community in communal labour

The Adansi North District Assembly in collaboration with Nananom and the people of Dompoase has organized a cleanup exercise at Dompoase.

The exercise is to establish the vision of Dompoasehene, Okofo Kwabena Bonsu to make Dompoase the cleanest community in the Adansi North District.

Okofo Kwabena Bonsu, Dompoasehene in his remarks, stressed the need for the people of Dompoase to continually engage in communal labour to ensure that the community remains clean at all times to enable them achieve the vision of making the community the cleanest.

He praised management of the District Assembly for their constant support in all their communal labour activities as well as the community members for their active participation.

He further urged residents to participate in subsequent monthly planned communal labours.

Okofo Kwabena Bonsu took the opportunity to sensitize the people on the need to improve the sanitation of the community by citing their container stores at only approved places and not just anywhere as the practice also defeats the agenda of ensuring proper spatial planning for the community.
