Nkoranza DCE Embarks on Familiarization Tour
Mr. Kwadwo Adjei-Dwomoh, Nkoranza North District Chief Executive (DCE), has advised the youth not to allow partisan politics to divide them so that in unity they could join hands to initiate development programmes that would improve their living standards.

Addressing the chiefs and people of Pinihe, Adoe and Tom at separate meetings during a familiarization tour of communities in the district, the DCE gave the assurance that he would run an open-door administration and welcome constructive criticisms from all persons in the district irrespective of political affiliation.
He cautioned that he would not tolerate people with spurious complaints about others as such practice often brings about division which would not augur well for the progress of the area.
Mr. Adjei-Dwomoh urged the people to support the NDC government to achieve set national goals now that the elections were over, and gave the assurance that the government would work to bring an improvement in their lives.
At Pinihe Mr. Charles Baafour Amisare, Assembly Member, called on the district assembly to ensure the extension of electricity to the teachers\' bungalows and newly developed areas in the community to enhance security.
He also urged the assembly to provide a public place of convenience to promote sanitation.
Nana Takyi Baffo, chief of Tom, in a welcoming address complained about the deplorable state of the four kilometre feeder road linking the community to Nkoranza, and appealed to the assembly to assist in its rehabilitation to facilitate the movement of people and farm produce to the market centres.
The chief asked the assembly to provide teachers bungalows to save teachers in the community the hustle of commuting daily from Nkoranza, and to post revenue collectors to the localities to increase revenue generation.
