GNPC support Sefwi Asafo nursing training college

As part of efforts to improve infrastructure in the educational sector, The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) Foundation has constructed a 6-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities for the Sefwi Asafo Nursing Training College in the Sefwi Wiawso Municipality.

Mr. Benedict Adde, leader for Environment and Social Amenities Unit of the foundation handing over the building said the project forms part of the GNPC’s social investment focus of enhancing teaching and learning across the country through provision of educational infrastructure.

He tasked authority of the school to put in place measures in ensuring satisfactory maintenance of the school block and urged the student to take advantage of the facility to study hard and achieve their aim.

The principal of the school Mrs. Yaa Fremaa thanked the GNPC foundation for their support and assured that the facility would be properly maintained and put to its intended use.
