EJURA: Assembly embarks on aggressive developmental projects

The Ejura Sekyedumase Municipal Assembly is investing in the construction of a lorry terminal and a new market complex at Ejura its municipal capital.

The market complex will house 84 stalls, 10 offices, 10 guest houses, 10 banking halls and a modern car park.

The car park will help curb the practice of vehicles loading on the main Ejura - Atebubu road which sometimes results in accidents.

Work is also progressing assiduously on the construction of 2 warehouse facilities under the government’s one district one warehouse initiative.

At Ejuraman Senior High School, a 36 unit classroom block and dormitories for boys and girls are also under construction while road infrastructure has also been prioritize by the assembly.

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of the area, Alhaji Mohammed Salisu Bamba said that the projects will open up the area for investments.

Mr. Paul Duut, a business leader in the municipality commended the assembly on its activities to attract investors.
