Ejura MCE commissions borehole for 4 communities

The Municipal Chief Executive of Ejura Sekyedumase, Alhaji Salisu Bamba through his ‘Water for All’ agenda has commission boreholes for four communities in the municipality.

The beneficiary communities include Bemi, Teacherkrom, Babaso, and Dweneho.

The MCE disclosed that the provision of the borehole is in line with his vision to provide clean and potable water to the residents not having access to safe drinking water.

Alhaji Bamba indicated that the beneficiary communities will no longer endure a difficult life without a decent source of water and they will not rely on polluted streams and other unwholesome sources of water, which had for many years led to health complications.

He then advised residents to own the borehole facilities and put them into good use by maintaining and taking good care of the facilities.

The residents commended the efforts of the MCE by helping to improve on the livelihood of the people and appealed to the government to do more in other communities for them to also benefit.
