Ejura Municipal inaugurates members of the reconstituted assembly

Members of the reconstituted Ejura Sekyedumase Municipal Assembly has been inaugurated at a ceremony held at municipal capital Ejura.

Representing the President His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to inaugurate the newly elected, appointed Assembly members and unit committee members, the deputy minister for works and housing Mrs. Barbera Ayisi Asha said, the touch stone of the Assembly is its membership and that anyone selected to serve should not lose sight of the responsibility and also not to seek personal interest against that of the people they represent.

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) Alhaji Salisu Bamba in his remarks advice the new members to eschew politics and help to uplift the image of the Assembly and admonished members to collaborate fully to ensure a peaceful co-existence.
