DCE embarks on familiarization tour

Mr. Benjamin Kingsley Koduah, District Chief Executive (DCE) for Sekyere Central in the Ashanti Region has visited some communities in the district.

Some communities visited include Kruwi, Abonkosu, Tadieso, Jetiase and Bonkrong.

Some pressing issues discussed include education on prompt payment fees and rates, revenue sources available to the Assembly, revenue mobilization, community initiated projects, E-Levy, status of IDIF, IDIW and CUF many other important issues.

The visit was to also create a platform for the DCE and other heads of Department who accompanied him to interact with the people to explain activities and initiatives being implemented by the Assembly to improve the socio-economic conditions of the people.

In his interaction with the people, Mr. Koduah called for effective collaboration between all stakeholders in order to bring development to the communities.

He noted that his administration was doing everything possible to that every community within the district receives a fair share of its numerous developmental projects.
