Eastern Regional Minister visits SDA College of Edu

The Eastern Regional Minister, Mr Seth Kwame Acheampong, has commended management and staff of the SDA College of Education at Asokore in the New Juaben North Municipality, for developing the school to its current status.

The minister has therefore pledged his support to make it more attractive for learning. He stated this when he paid a working visit to the school last week.

He urged students of the institution to learn hard and also abreast themselves with the new basic education curriculum.

Principal of the College, Prof. William Kofi Koomson also commended the government and the New Juaben North Municipal Assembly for tarring all the school roads which has enhance fast vehicular and human movement.

That aside, he also praised Government for paying their book and research allowances frequently.

According to him, all the projects undertaken in the school was funded through their internally generated Fund, insisting that every fund from the central Government to the school was used for its intended purpose and that has made the to be named among the best colleges in the Country.

The school is now into filtered water processing business and bakery to fetch in a bid to raise more funds to finance its numerous projects
