Dormaa Central presents 1,687 candidates for the BECE
The Dormaa Central Municipal Director of Education, Mr Isaac Nsiah Edwards, has encouraged candidates writing the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) to be bold and to have self-believe.

A total of 1, 694 candidates were registered for this year;s examination in the area.
Seven of them three boys and four girls, however, for unexplained reasons failed to show up to write the papers.
Mr. Edwards told the candidates that “the strength in you is far greater than the examination you are writing.
He cautioned them together with the teachers, supervisors and invigilators, against engaging in examination malpractices to prevent cancellation of the results.
In the Dormaa West District, 546 candidates made up of 300 males and 246 females are sitting for the examination.
