The book “The Offinso State Book” which was launched last Friday is a history book that contains all the history of Offinso including tradition, religious, lands, schools, and anything that concerns offinso.

The book came to reality in collaboration with Ghana states book projects and the Offinso Traditional Council.

Common in all the solidarity massages read by all the special guest was the call for peace at all times especially as the country inches close to the 2016 general elections slated for December 7, 2016.

The program was climax with a peace declaration from all dignitaries present by joining hands and raising it up for peace.

Among the personalities present included the Ashanti Regional Minister, the Offinso Municipal Chief Executive, the Member of Parliament, all parliamentary aspirants, and religious personalities from both the Christian and Moslem faith, UNESCO Country Director, heads of various institutions, students and Nananom.
