About two hundred (200) persons from 133 communities in the Ahanta West District have graduated from Youth Enterprises and Skills Development Programme (YESDEP) after pursing various modules of the programme.

Beneficiaries were taken through hairdressing, barbering, tailoring and dressmaking.

Announcing this over the weekend, Mr. Eric Kofi Hope, Western Regional Coordinator of YESDEP said the graduands would also receive start-up kits to empower them establish themselves.

Mr. Hop expressed optimism about the success of the programme in the region saying that they had targeted 3,000 people to benefit from the programme by Novemeber this year.
