Construction of a teachers’ bungalow is underway for the Princess Akatekyi School in the Ahanta West District in the Western Region.

The project, which is steadily progressing, is under the District Development Funding initiated by government to enable districts assemblies undertake development projects on its behalf.

When finally completed, the project will help provide an alternative accommodation facility for the teachers, which will go a long way to motivate more teachers to take up teaching postings in the town.
