These consultations, which involved visits to various area councils, focused on outlining key development projects.

The DCE met with Kodie traditional leaders and community members at the Methodist Church auditorium. During this meeting, the Assembly's prioritized development initiatives aimed at transforming the district were highlighted.

These include road reshaping, construction of community centers, electricity extension, provision of streetlights, mechanized boreholes

Madam Ankrah emphasized the importance of a close and harmonious relationship between Assembly Members and traditional leaders to ensure the smooth implementation of development projects. Key issues discussed included boundary disputes within the district and the collection of legitimate tomb fees by both the Assembly and traditional leaders.

She expressed concern over the underpayment of internally generated funds in the district, noting that this situation significantly hampers development initiatives and therefore called for intensified collaborative efforts from traditional leaders to address this financial challenge.

Reaffirming her commitment to an open-door policy, she pledged to attend community-focused durbars organized by traditional authorities and communities to address their challenges.

The DCE and her team visited traditional leaders in Apagya, Aduman, and Aduamoa. Throughout her engagements, she urged citizens to embrace the Assembly's flagship development initiatives.

In a question and answer session, the District Development Planning Officer, Mrs. Elizabeth Sarpong, reiterated the call for citizens to make mandatory provisions for household toilet facilities, among other concerns raised.
