The workshop was also to address the challenges facing the Centre and beneficiaries alike.

Addressing the gathering, the District Chief Executive, Hon. Nana Osei Assibey Bonsu said the purpose for the program was to equip the individuals with the skills for job and entrepreneurship to enhance their lives.

He said the program has become sustainable jobs for those that took it serious and with help of BAC has employed others.  He urged them to learn and make it work for them as a means of livelihood.

On his part Mr. Antwi Boasiako, the District Coordinating Director urged them to register their businesses to enjoy government support.  He said it is now a government policy, to deal with business entities rather than individuals.

He added that there are many benefits that can be accessed from financial institutions and government only when the businesses are registered.

Mr. Mohammed Maahi, the District head for BAC, took stakeholders through their operations and plans for 2018.  Beneficiaries outlined a number of challenges they face, after training in establishing their business. Some of these challenges included, accessing loans from banks, lack of entrepreneurial skills among others.
