Minister, DCE tour senior high schools in Techiman North

A team from the Bono East Regional Coordinating Council led by the Minister Mr. Kofi Amoakohene toured a number of Schools within the Techiman North District to ascertain the safety of COVID-19 protocols been laid out by authorities and the safety of the students who have reported on campus in preparedness towards their final year exams.

This was as a result of the President's directives announced over the weekend of the resumption of Senior High Schools.

" I must say I am highly impressed with the situation on the ground and I wish to assure all parents that their wards are under good care and would be provided with the needed tuition to help them pass the 2020 WASSCE Examinations", the DCE stated.

The team urged the students to adhere to all the precautionary measures, by practicing social distancing, regular handwashing, wearing of nose masks and applying sanitizers. they gain encouraged and wished them the best of luck in the task ahead.

Among the entourage for the visitation was the Member of Parliament for Techiman North Constituency who also doubles as the Deputy Bono East Regional Minister Hon. Martin Oti Gyarko, the District Chief Executive, Mr Peter Mensah, Regional Health Director Dr. Fred Adomako Boateng.
