The Directorate currently has staff strength of sixty, comprising both teaching and non-teaching personnel, with a teacher-to-pupil ratio of 1:40 at the primary level and 1:32 at the JHS level.

The municipality is endowed with 78 public basic schools, 2 senior high schools, and 55 private basic schools, ensuring access to education for its growing population.

Adding to this educational landscape is the College of Health and Well-being, a prestigious institution that plays a pivotal role in driving rapid socio-economic development by training health professionals to serve the nation. Beyond these, other private and government institutions at the basic, vocational, and secondary levels are available to equip learners with knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, and character necessary for building human capacity.

Kintampo North stands out as a municipality where education is not only a priority but also a powerful tool for shaping the future of its people and contributing to national growth.`
