MCE paid a surprise working visit to the Nungua Okpoii Market Highway

The Municipal Chief Executive for Krowor, Mr. Joshua Nii Bortey paid a surprise working visit to the Nungua Okpoi Goono Market Highways’ 9:8 kilometers lot 2 Road Construction site to witness the primer sealing of the road network within the Krowor Municipality in the South Eastern part of Accra.

Mr. Nii Borty on phone interview told Ghanadistricts.com that, the plan is to improve accessibility for drivers and commuters in the locality and beyond with traffic volumes of 600 vehicles at peak

Mr. Joshua stated that the basic goal is to provide alternatives for road transit between Ledzokuku, Krowor and Tema West.

The MCE assured the contractor and the workers on site of regular visits to make sure they didn’t relax in the discharge of their work.

According to him, the ongoing developmental road project is aimed at improving the lives of the people in the municipality.
