Delivering the welcome address, the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Samuel Adongo, acknowledged participants and encouraged them to fully engage with the training. He noted that the initiative would significantly enhance the Assembly’s day-to-day communications and added, “The world today is rapidly shifting toward digitalised systems of operation in every aspect of life, including our workplaces.”
Speaking on behalf of the Head of Local Government Service, Mr. Adjei Bernard explained the rationale behind the transition from traditional to digital operations. Addressing the sixty participants, he stressed that the new system would “lessen the lengthy processes involved in channelling information within the Assembly.”

Technical Consultant, Justice Makafui, led participants through a practical session on the use of the application. The exercise was described by attendees as highly insightful and well-delivered.
Dignitaries present at the workshop included the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Ndinga Nborinyi; Municipal Planning Officer, Madam Florence Nartey; Information Officer, Mr. Benjamin Obeng Asiedu; and the Municipal Human Resource Officer, Madam Grace Ohene Amponsah.
