"When any stranger comes to town and he gets to know that Effiduase is the heart of Sekyere East District the person marvels", he added.

He therefore appealed to the government to rehabilitate their road network to give a phase lift to the district.

Lamenting on health issues, he opined that, the infrastructure at their district government hospital are small in sizes which makes it difficult to accommodate large number of patients concurrently and insisted that something ought to be done in the shortest possible time.

Nana who disclosed all these during the climax of the Afiafi annual festival, also indicated that the traditional council coupled with other stakeholders had strived to establish a Technical Senior High School in the area but would wish the government comes to adopt the school.

He explained that, the ideology behind the formation of the school was to offer students who are brilliant but needy an opportunity to be enrolled in without incurring much expenditure but with the introduction of free senior high school they want the government to take over the school.
