DCE pays courtesy call on traditional leaders

The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Sekyere East, Mr. Osei Adiyiah, has paid a courtesy call on some Traditional Authorities in the district to officially introduce himself, outline his vision and solicit their support and advice on the way forward in advancing the development of the district.

The areas visited include; Attakrom, Obaapaninkrom, Odurokrom, Nyamfa, Putuom, Senchi, Asukawkaw, Bomso, Ahwerewa and Feyiase.

In his interaction with the chiefs, the DCE noted that he has come to serve the district and would always heed the concerns, suggestions and admonition from all stakeholders as and when needed.

Mr. Adiyiah appealed to them to see him as their son and support and guide him to ensure his administration succeeds to the benefit of the entire district.

“In all human institutions there are inclinations of altercations and that should not inhibit and prevent plans to accelerate development in the district. I call for unity on all fronts as we chart the path of accelerated economic growth and development,” he stressed.
The DCE was honored for his works and given the stool name “Nkosuohene” by the Bomso Chief.

The DCE was accompanied by the Member of Parliament for Effiduase/Asokore Constituency Dr Nana Ayew Afriye, Presiding Member for the Assembly Mr. Atta Duruye, some staff of the District Assembly, Assembly Members and others.
