DCE touts his achievements amidst all odds

The District Chief Executive of Dormaa West, Mr. Francis Kwadwo Oppong has touted his achievements upon assumption of office at the Assembly’s maiden General Assembly held at Nkrankwanta, the District.

Presenting his sessional Address at the General Assembly meeting, pursuant to the Local Government Act 2016, Act 936, Section 28, sub-section 1, the DCE urged Members of the Assembly and other major stakeholders to give out their maximum cooperation to the government’s implemented E-Levy policy.

“The Government has successfully implemented the Electronic Transfer Act (E-Levy). I, therefore, entreat each and every one to give their maximum cooperation for its success”, he appealed.

Explaining the content of his presentation and the purpose of the Assembly, he said,

“Hon. Members, this address will briefly discuss, General Administration, Education, Works, Security, Health, and others”.

According to the DCE, his office has performed massively well upon assumption of office in the sectors of Education, Health, Works, and Security among others. He stressed that his office has successfully ensured the vaccination of the majority of his population against the COVID-19 pandemic.
