DCE embarks on inspection tour

The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Atwima kwanwoma in the Ashanti Region, Mr. Prince Karikari has embarked on an inspection tour of various construction sites in the District.

The tour was to ascertain the extent of work on projects and how best the Assembly can facilitate their timely completion for use.

The sites visited include; the New Assembly Building at Twedie, 40-bed capacity hospital at Twedie, new Court building and the residence of the magistrate/judge at Twedie, District police command building at Twedie, NHIA office building at Trede, Agenda 111 at Trede (Atwima Kwanwom District Hospital) and Renovation of office accommodation for the District Police Command at Trede.

The DCE after the inspection noted that some of the projects are almost complete whiles others were progressing steadily according to schedule.

He added that some of the projects need actionable moves by the Assembly to quicken the pace of work.

He then added that the new Assembly building, for instance, is ready for habitation but left with some few finishing touches.

The DCE however, stated that he will start his community tour soon and introduce himself to the chiefs and people of Atwima Kwanwoma.
