DCE distributes over 4,000 nose masks, sanitizers to churches

The District Chief Executive for Mpohor assembly Ignatius Asaah Mensah, has distributed 2,400 nose masks and alcoholic-based hand sanitizers to some churches in the district to combat the deadly Corona virus pandemic.

Making the presentation, he urged the leadership of the churches to continue to put measures in place for their members to observe the laid down Corona virus safety protocols.

He pleaded with them to frequently wash their hands and observe social distancing and also wear nose masks whenever they are stepping out.

The DCE called on the leaders of the churches and their members to continue to pray earnestly against the pandemic.

The leaders of the churches promised to make sure that their members adhere to the protocols and took the opportunity to pray for the DCE for their kind gesture.

The beneficiary churches were the Methodist Church, Roman Catholic Church, Assemblies of God, The Church of Pentecost, Christ Apostolic Church International, Taylor Church, SDA churches and the ICGC.
