MP, DCE cut sod for the commencement of 14km road

The Member of Parliament for Manso Adubia Mr. Addo Yaw Frimpong and the District chief Executive (DCE) of Amansie South Mr. Clement Opoku Gyamfi has cut the sod for the construction of a 14km road from Nyankomase to Dawusaso.

At a durbar after the sod cutting ceremony at Abiram, the MP noted that, the construction of the road is part of the Government’s efforts to construct more roads to facilitate transportation while improving infrastructure in both rural and urban communities and would also bring short and long time developments to the area.

The DCE addressing the media and the gathering explained the importance of the project and brought to light its economic benefit to the people of the town as related to their nature of work which is mostly farming.

The Chiefs in the area commended the government and gave the assurance and the support of the people and also called on the contractor of the project to provide excellent job to win the admiration of the residents.
