Minister, DCE visit families of Manso-Aponapon fire outbreak

The Ashanti Regional Minister Mr. Simon Osei Mensah and the District Chief Executive (DCE) of Amansie South Clement Opoku Gyamfi has visited the families of the four persons who were perished in recent fire outbreak at Manso-Aponapon to sympathize and support them towards the burial and funeral of their late relatives.

The victims of the fire that gutted households at Aponapon leading to the demise are Kofi Owusu and his pregnant wife Esther Kwabena and their two children nine-year-old Sarah Owusu and five-year-old Kwadwo Awuah.

The DCE noted that the Assembly had already presented some relief items to the victim's family last week.

The Regional Coordinating Council and the Assembly presented cartons of assorted drinks, cash for the hiring of canopy and chairs for the burial.
