Tullow Oil commissions 16-unit boys dormitory for Nsutaman Catholic SHS

The Sekyere Central District Chief Executive (DCE) Mr. Benjamin Kingsley Koduah has joined the management of Tullow oil to commission and hand over an ultra-modern 16 unit Tullow Boys Dormitory to the management of Nsutaman Catholic Senior High School.

The 16-unit boy’s dormitory is part of Tullow Ghana’s support to the government's Free Senior High School project to enhance the government's target of increased enrollment in Senior High School by rural poor junior high school graduates.


The Regional Education Director, Mrs. Mary Owusu thanked Tullow Ghana for the project, saying it will go a long way to address the infrastructure deficit facing the school and appealed to other corporate institutions to emulate them.


Present at the colorful ceremony were Chairman of the governing council of the school, Mr. Stephen Sekyere Abankwa, Deputy Education minister, Mrs. Gifty Twum Ampofo, Bishop of the Catholic diocese of Konongo-Mampong, Bishop Osei Bonsu, Afriyie, Abdul Rashid Hussein representative of the Ashanti Regional Minister, Acting President of Nsuta Traditional Council Nana Bosompem III, staff of the of SCDA and others.
