Afigya Kwabre South confirms DCE nominee

The President’s nominee for District Chief Executive (DCE) Position at Afigya kwabre South District, Mr. Adu-Poku Christian has received 100 percent endorsement from the Assembly members.

All 38 Assembly Members voted "YES", representing 100 percent endorsement for him.

His confirmation took place at the Kodie Methodist church.


Speaking to the media, Mr. Adu-Poku expressed his gratitude to the President for the opportunity given to him to serve his people and also thanked the Assembly Members for the overwhelming endorsement and promised to work hard with them to justify the trust they have in him in his second term.


He added that his doors are always opened and that he would soon outline his strategies to bring development to the area and called for the support of all.
