OFORIKROM: Staff undergo pre-monitoring and verification meeting

The Oforikrom Municipal Assembly has organized a pre-monitoring and verification meeting on the 2022 Performance Contract signing between the Municipal Chief Executive and the Municipal Coordinating Director, today Thursday, February 2, 2023.

This was to brief the Heads of Departments and Units of the Assembly on the readiness, and preparations required as well as documents for the monitoring and verification of the 2022 Performance Contract exercise to be conducted by the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council, which is slated for Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

The Senior Human Resource Manager, Mrs. Pearl Mensah Bampo took participants through the Performance Contract, indicating the details of the contract.

She stressed on the need for the Heads of the Departments and Units to get ready all the documents that will be required during the monitoring and verification exercise.

Hon. Antwi, called on the staff to commit to working to improve the lot of the people in its jurisdiction and pledged the Assembly’s resolve to work to improve on its performance in all the various sectors in order to push the development agenda of the government forward.
