Assembly organizes capacity building training

The Oforikrom Municipal Assembly has organized a one day capacity building training for Heads of Departments/Units of the Assembly to evaluate the performance contract for 2021.

The workshop also afforded all Heads of Department the opportunity to refresh their minds on the setting of the key performance areas as well as indicators in fulfillment of the Annual Performance Appraisal Plan.

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the area, Mr. Abraham Antwi, encouraged all staff to take the training seriously and participate highly in it.


He also welcomed the facilitators and lauded them for accepting and availing themselves for this workshop.


The Coordinating Director of the Assembly, Mr. Charles Attah-Mensah, in his closing remarks expressed his gratitude to the facilitators and all staff for their patience, participation and contribution towards the success of the workshop.
