The gesture came as a result of concerns raised by the District Assembly over lack of proper identification of the district's revenue collectors anytime they embark on revenue mobilization exercise.

Making the presentation to the Assembly, the representative for the General Manager of Erduk Company Limited, Mr. Eugene Moratt said the company will continue to lend a helping hand o the district and gave the assurance to support the district in its developmental projects by providing concrete products.

District Chief Executive of Kumawu, Samuel Addai Agyekum who received the items on behalf of the assembly commended the management of Erduk Company Limited for its kind gesture.

Mr. Agyekum observed that revenue collectors have no proper form of identification, thus, posing a challenge for the workers since some unidentified individuals have been using the Assembly's name to extort money from traders and business owners in the district.

According to the DCE, the reflector vests will serve as a uniform and identification for the workers during revenue mobilization exercises.

He appealed to the company to assist the assembly in erecting the broken barriers in the various communities.
