DCE monitors voter registration exercise

As the Electoral Commission of Ghana commences its Voters’ Registration exercise in all the constituencies across the country, the District Chief Executive of Techiman North, Mr Peter Mensah took time out to monitor the ongoing exercise in the areas captured in the first phase of the exercise.

Speaking to the media after his observation during the tour, the DCE said he was impressed with the conduct so far. "I'm highly impressed with the conduct of the entire exercise as all COVID-19 safety protocols are been observed and no single case of misunderstanding is been recorded in all the areas we visited with both NDC and NPP agents seen together in a harmonious atmosphere."

Again he entreated all qualified Ghanaians at the age of 18-years and above to go out there and register in order to be part of the decision making during the December polls.

He said, "It is my sole prayer that the process which started on a good note would end successfully with no casualties”.
