MP, DCE tour ongoing roads

The Member of Parliament for Ofoase-Ayirebi Mr. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah and the District Chief Executive (DCE) of the area, Mr. Paul Asamoah has visited the ongoing roads in the District to check the progress of work and also interact with contractors on the site.

The MP indicated that 8 out of 11 roads are receiving attention currently.

He expressed satisfaction with the work done so far and pledged his support for quick completion of the project.

He was optimistic that with the level of progress, the roads will be completed within 24 months and assured that the government would construct more accessible roads in the area.

The DCE commended the central government and the road ministry adding that the completion of the roads will facilitate easy transportation of goods and services and would also give a befitting facelift to the District.
