KINTAMPO: PWD farmers receive support
Some months ago the Kintampo Municipal Agric Officer, Mr. Simon Yombor featured in a Joy News documentary of a Physically Challenged farmer, Kwasi Kumbiapore from Miawani, a community within the Kintampo North Municipality who is working very hard in the agriculture sector and was nominated the most promising physically challenge framer in the Municipality for the year 2018 framers day.

This documentary has brought help to the physically challenged people and women within the Municipality who are into agriculture most especially farming.
Mr. King Esumah, the Director of Kings Global Ventures, a company based in the United States of America who deal in organic fertilizer known as APEX 10 saw the documentary on Joy New TV and came to support physical challenged framers and women who are into farming in the Municipality.

Mr. Yusive Abubakari, the field director of Kings Global Ventures, Producers of APEX 10 organic fertilizer, a new product in Ghana said the product would be launched on December 21, 2019, in Accra.

Mr. Abubakari visit, was to present some product to the Physically Challenged framer Kwasi Kumbiapore and to meet with all physically challenged framers and women groups’ leaders who are into framing in the Municipality.
“The company would also help hard-working farmers to go on holidays abroad and sponsor their children to study on scholarship”, he said.

Mr. Abubakari also noted that Kings Global Ventures has come to Ghana to support the government flagship programme, 1D1F and that farmers and their children would have the opportunity to travel to the United States to study more about agriculture.
