AGONA W: MCE donates to Siddiq SSHS

The Municipal Chief Executive of Agona West, Mrs. Justina Marigold Assan has on behalf of the President Nana Akufo-Addo presented some electrical and cooking appliances to the Home Economics department of Siddiq Senior High School at Agona Nyakrom in the Central Region.

The items which were received by the Headmaster Mr. Nuhu Salifu Hammid and the Head of the department says " These items will go a long way to reduce the burden of inadequate and limited number of appliances at the Home Economics department and also help in their practicals during and after Final Examinations."

He commended The President of the Republic Of Ghana for his enormous efforts and admirable intervention in the Education Sector Of which Siddiq Senior High School has always been a beneficiary.

He again expressed great satisfaction with regards to the Free Senior High school policy and the benefits attached to it.

In attendance were the Municipal Education Officer, Agona West Municipal Finance officer, Staff Of the Municipal Assembly, and some Constituency executives of the New Patriotic Party in the Agona West Constituency.

The MCE took that opportunity to inspect the ongoing Girls Dormitory block in the school which is part of the Free Senior High School Special Emergency project to ease conjunction in our senior high schools.
