Daffiama Assembly hands over Dakyie-Toyenpare feeder road for construction

The Daffiama-Bussie-Issa District Assembly led by the District Chief Executive, Sanda Imoro Nadi through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development has handed over the site to the contractor for the construction of Dakyie-Toyenpare Feeder Road under the Ghana Productive Safety Net Projects.

The 4.80km stretch when completed would improve traveling and facilitate the movement of goods and services.

The DCE together with the Department of Agriculture, District Planning and Works Department as well as other staff from the assembly and some chiefs and opinion leaders of Dakyie and Toyenpare Communities among others witnessed the ceremony.

The construction is expected to start soon.

This project will employ many people in and around these communities on the entire construction.
