MP donates hospital beds to health centres

The Member of Parliament for Nsuta/kwamang/Beposo, Mrs. Adelaide Ntim accompanied by the District Chief Executive (DCE) of the area, Mr. Benjamin Kingsley Koduah has donated hospital beds to health centres in the Sekyere Central district to help increase the Bed capacity of these facilities and manage intake of patients for effective health delivery.

The MP during the presentation said the gesture formed part of her social responsibility to ensure development in her jurisdiction.

She added that the country’s health delivery system needed to be supported to take good care of the citizenry and save lives; hence the donation to compliment the government's effort to improve health care delivery.

He added that the health sector is her utmost priority and would provide necessary support to promote quality healthcare services in the district.

The district health director expressed her profound gratitude to the lawmaker.

She said the donation would help improve the situation in the hospitals and further increase service delivery to the patients.
