Winneba SHS gets new toilet facility

The Effutu Municipal Assembly through its share of the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) has constructed an 11-seater disability friendly biogas place of convenient for the Winneba Senior High School (SHS).

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Mr. John B. Ninson, handing over the keys to the Municipal Director of Education, Mrs Mabel Judith Micah at the school stated that, the Assembly found it prudent to construct a modern toilet facility to help solve the demand for additional toilets at the girl’s dormitory as a result of the increase numbers of students.

The MCE called on the authorities of the school to ensure its maintenance to help prolong it lifespan and also assured the Assembly’s readiness to assist the school.

On her, Municipal Director of Education, Mrs. Micah thanked the Assembly for their continuous support towards education in the municipality and pledged that the facility would be properly maintained.
