Amansie West DCE’s wife fetes school children
The Wife of the Amansie West District Chief Executive, Mrs Rita Asante Bediako has feted 800 School children at Manso Nkwanta.

The schools are the Manso Nkwanta D/A primary, KG and Manso Nkwanta Methodist KG and lower primary.
The items are packages of soft drinks and king creaker biscuits valued at 2,800.00.
Presenting the soft drinks and biscuits Mrs Rita Asante Bediako said she and her husband have the plight of children at heart and decided to give soft drinks and biscuits to school children as we are getting to Christmas season.
She said this is the starting of such presentations and would be continued in the near future.
She appealed to school children to take their studies seriously to enable them become useful citizens and also respect their parents and elderly people and Teachers.
She advised the pupils to avoid the elderly (especially the girls) who will lure them with gifts to have their way with them.
The District Director of Education Mrs Dora Atigbire who received the items on behalf of the school children thanked Mr. and Mrs. William Bediako Asante for their kind gesture to school children and urged them to extend this donation to other schools in the near future.
Mrs Atigbire asked children not to attend to funerals and wake-keepings to contract any diseases like H1N1 during schools vacation.
Present at the presentation were the Deputy District coordinators Mr Van Sowah and Mrs Deborah Onyame, Mr. Samuel Boasiako Antwi NPP constituency chairman and Mr Owusu Mensah District Youth Organizer and other staff from District Assembly.
